ISSUES IN THE 2003 LEGISLATIVE SESSION:

We expect the following issues to be brought up in the upcoming session:

• Physician-Assisted Suicide
• Gambling

In addition, we will monitor the following issues:

• The Federal Marriage Amendment (position paper is a work in progress)
• The Ice Problem in Hawaii
