Megan's Law
The House Judiciary Committee will decide March 15,2005 @ 2:00 p.m. whether or not to pass legislation for the purposes of 1) protecting children from registered sex offenders in their neighborhoods and 2) bringing Hawaii into conformance with federal sex offender registration requirements. HFF support the Attorney General’s (AG) version of Megan’s law to best protect Hawaii’s keiki from sex offenders.
