Why building relationships matter!
April 24, 2025 | Welcome to another episode of The Conservative Caucus podcast hosted by Jim Pfaff, where we delve deep into the political landscape and cultural issues affecting our nation. Welcome to the Conservative Caucus Podcast! In this episode, host Jim Pfaff sits down with Eva Andrade, Executive Director of Hawaii Family Forum, for a candid conversation about what it means to advocate for pro-life and pro-family values in Hawaii’s unique political and cultural climate. Jim and Eva discuss the challenges of lobbying for traditional values in a predominantly liberal state, how faith communities respond to progressive shifts (both in government and within churches), and why building respectful relationships—even with ideological opponents—matters more than ever. They touch on key issues like marriage, assisted suicide, religious freedom in schools, and the resilience needed to stay in the fight after political setbacks. Whether in Hawaii or elsewhere in America, you’ll find inspiration and practical advice for grassroots engagement and defending foundational principles. Don’t forget to check the show notes for resources and ways to connect with Eva and Hawaii Family Forum!
